Hi waseem, to get started you need to first contact a reputed HR consulting firm to set up a HR department in your workplace. The consulting firm will understand the needs of your company and accordingly help you in setting up the dept. If you do not want to disclose that an outside body is helping you with the dept., then you can ask the consulting firm to work from 'behind the scenes'. Lastly, it is important that the HR dept. runs smoothly from the start and thus you should be ready to shell out more if you want the best of services.
