While raining, the temperature goes less than 0 degree Celcius means obviously the rain drops got freezed and falls as Snow. Is it raining (snowfalling) now in Lahore.
From these picture it seems to be less than 2 inch snow fall registered.
Anyhow instead of doing the research, enjoy the moment, and feel the white flowers are spread by god for welcoming us.
