Hi All,
Ran into this site a couple of days back, but ws tooo tied up & was travelling so did not get a chance to either introduce myself or post my views. However, now that i am here & have already posted a couple of things on the site, i'd really like to get to know as many of you as i can.
Hoping to learn a lot from all of you & also share whatever i xan.
Here's a tad bit about me - i am a clinical psychologist, who has super specialised in psychometrics, in addition to being a soft skills trainer.
My profression is to design behavioural assessment packages & training modules & i work for one of the biggest players in the industry.

Does HR management needs balancing body chemistry, relative higher voluntariness of brain waves and enhance ability to perform? Here is the summary of my programme which may be of some body's interest.

Before going to bed at night please go to the mirror. See if your face has become brighter than before. As you progress, you will see that your face will become brighter and brighter.
