Hi,
Don't give any invoices with service tax. First need to register the firm if you are issuing Innvoices.
Better speak to one Chartered Accountant who can guide you.
Till that time, you can give a receipt for the money towards advance received.

Hi, You need to have service tax number if you want to charge (service tax) on the invoice which is 12.36% these days, but if you are not having the service tax number you can issue a invoice without service tax, simple mention the client name & the principle amount...... Thats it...
Best of luck...

Hi,
I have 2 questions regarding raising Invoice:
1) When do we have to raise invoice to the client for one closure of permanent staffing?
2) When do we have to raise invoice to the client for one candidate who has joined in our payrolls and working at client location?
Please suggest me with the answers.
Many Thanks.
