PPT mater was gud,but for the bookish lang^ u should make the points. it was descriptive, use simple colours for bk ground( B & W)or according to d topic. add creativity in ppt.....

This is an excellent presentation, well explained and useful for those who want a direction in their career development.

Excellent and thought provoking! Often apportioning cost/profit/revenue/topline/bottomline/gross-net margins to non-billable resources is a big challenge. Even a maze of calculations/extrapolation may not throw up accurate figures/estimates, at times.
We may do with including an element of 'Institution Building' role of HR that is all pervading in business, i.e. one that makes an organization immortal.
HR is a huge contribution to this aspect, i.e. the human 'non-materialistic' aspect.

I am working in engineering company and we are manufacturing capital equipments. We are planning to arrange four days workshop for marketing people and my VP has requested to give presentation on how HR can contribute for creating good culture, and increase the productivity of all employees especially marketing team.
