Hi Everyone,
I am looking for some interesting and innovative ways to improve attendance and retain contract workers in the Pharma industry through some incentive program. Most of them are unskilled or semi skilled workers.
I really hope all members of this site contribute and let their imaginations run wild (Great ideas spring from crazy thoughts sometimes! Right????)
I am keen to bring a little freshness around here!

Thier are certain parameters of rewarding the employees, if you could mail the work profile of the contract staff, it will be easier for us to frame the details required by you.
However apart from Salary & Incentives, theses guys need attention and solution to thier salary issues too.

Probably most of them are migrated.Provide some telecom facilities for get in touch with their families .weekly a visiting Dr at their camp location other than firstaid. many more inaddtion to incentivies....
