Sir, I Am Retired Govt. employee from Andra pradesh. I had retired from service on attaining of my 58 years as on 30.06.2008. The state Government implemented news scales to it employees from 01.07.2008. As i was retired as on 30.06.2008, I was sanctioned pension in oldscales only. AM I entitled to get pensionary benifits applicable in new scales implemented from 01.07.2008.
