Hi, this is Nitesh Barman from Jaipur..
I graduated in 2003 (B.Sc.), then in 2005 i Joined a middle growth type business group called "Dangayach Group", its deals in various types of Industry but i was opted for it's Jewels Manufacturing & Exports Unit.
Over there i started as Normal Computer Operator, who can do various types of work in Computer, gradually i have been given some other kind of jobs to do as Maintaining whole Manufacturing Process in Software, Complete Payroll Part (PF, ESIC, Tax, Salary etc.), Import-Export Documentation, Generate MIS Reports of various types, as our unit situated in Special Economic Zone so maintain here's rules for unit.it's my 5th year over here.
so, my question is in which way my Career Profile going on ? what Heading should given in my Curriculum Vitae. Is it Back Office Operations or Due of HR & Back Office ?
or something else. and what course should enhance my Career Profile.. Please give me proper suggestion.

HI Nitesh...
Wow!!! actually you have been doing the job of many departments...for export, accounts, HR ...and its really good.
Now it totally depends upon your interest, in which area you are keen to make your career as in the long term working on such mixed profile may not help.
You have experience for handling export documentation, try and do a course or PG in export import management. That will surely help you in your career development.
There is one mistake in your CV...in HR you are handling joining and relieving formalities and not releaving...

I know for long time it will not help me... and my interest in in Human Resource, so should i do any MBA or what ?
And if i do CS & LAW now, will it be helpful for my career. ?
