Dear All friends,
Few days back I posted a mail to all of you regarding Supreme Cuort rejection of SLP filed by ESI against judgments of Karnataka High Court holding that outside establishments are not immediate employer under section of 2(13) of ESI Act. in J.M.D. Fashion case. Which means principal employer is not liable to pay ESI on jobs done outside for him by contract labour.
M.P. High Court has also delivered a judgment in National Rubber case on the same lines.
I have got numerous calls and request from HR professionals to provide the copy of all these judgments.
Though these judgments are coming in July issue of Business Manager monthly magazine specially focussed on HR/IR issues, published by me, I am attaching these judgments for all of you even before the release of the July issue of Business Manager. These judgments will have far reaching impact and will be of immense benefit to employers.
Business Manager has always tried its best to update HR/IR professionals on all such issues.
You can also get the copy of the magazine regularly by subscribing the same.
Subscription order form is also attached.
Looking for your response.
regards,
Anil Kaushik
