Dear Anu
I appreciate your concern for further enhancing your professional career.
I would suggest that instead of accumulating further degrees/courses, you should switch over to any entry or mid-level job. This will help you to learn the actual happenings of a corporate culture.
A certification will merely help you to gain a knowledge. But other part of the radius, the job work will cultivate the actual learning process and its functions.
For any further professional help buzz me at-

Hello everyone,
I am also going through this same dilemma, I also have done MBA (HR) and have 2 years of experience & want to gain further qualification, I made my mind to do M phil & PHD in Public Administration but people who i consulted are suggesting that i should gain experience in the related field for 2,3 years more and than go for further qualification.
I would really appreciate if anyone would help me get out this dilemma.

First decide what you want to achieve by adding just qualifications. If you don't get an opportunity to use that education you will get frustrated.
IT IS HARDLY ONE YEAR you are in the field. ONE year is a very short time to think that one has a considerable and indepth & practical knowledge of HR.
Instead please devote time in sharpening your each and every HR Skill, Over the period you will enjoy your position as a DABANG HR professional.
Today because of less skills or Short of skills you have to run after job, tomorrow the Employers will look out for you.
