I need advice on how to grow my business in Software Development.
My business is a start up business.I have a place on rent in mumbai with 6 Computers and 4 Employees.I am a software developer and have worked with some software and training companies for almost 8 years.
I started this business on my own with some initial savings.
I provide customised software or website for customers.
I want to know some suggestions on how to grow in this business.

I can advise you to do the following :
Build database for at least 1000 companies
Sent them marketing Email which should be short simple and attractive
When you generate leads , don't try to push them what you have , but find the opportunity to do business , by understanding their requirements......and opportunities for you , May be they are not looking for what you are offering but may be they are looking for something in software which you can arrange to supply
Build partnership with other IT product vendor's so that your product basket will increase.......
