Heyy Sapana,
It was great information indeed.
Can anyone please tell me, that for behaviorial/soft skills training, is it better to outsource the training, or can we as HR ppl can create the content and conduct these ourselves??

Hi Parul,
Your inhouse HR can also give training on Behavioral/soft skills. But you all have to be confident and the matter shouldn't be too lenghthy. Ideally you should include some games relating to the topic, making it more as a fun with learning.
The inhouse training totally depends upon the number of trainees and their qualification and designation.
And if your team and the trainers are confident and i feel you should go ahead and give trainings on the initial basis and sometimes you can outsource someone.
Also try and get maximum feedback after the training session is done.
