I dont have material of automobile industry.
As your project is on T&D in automobile industry, you can opt for following
1.Chk the current ongoing T&D in Automobile industry.Try to understand in what kind of work this idustry is involved.What kind of manpower they require like skilled?unskilled?semi skilled?Then try to understand what kind of T & D the manpower requires.
2.You can also select few automobile companies .study their T &Ds.You
can compaire the different T & Ds in various automobile company's
Also you can conduct the survey among the Automboile company employees regarding what kind of training they are getting?what kind of training ther are interested in to.

Your posts were so interesting that I wished to compliment you on the same.They were most excellently communicative, clarifying exactly what one requires to know. One small point I did wish to make. though: amongst the major roles as adopted by the HR, especially were we to define a generalist's role, the four important ones that we HR professionals require to clarify are Recruitment(leading to)Allocation of the Resource(leading to)T&D(to ensure that the resource grows with the company)and finally Retention in which, yet again, Training plays a networked role.Could you please clarify further?
