Can anybody please help me out by giving me a detailed format for getting personal required information on the joining day??
Also please let me know what all things need to be covered in an Induction program? For your reference, we are a GSA of an international airline with an employee strength of about 90 spread at various locations in India. the HR is centralised in Delhi, and the HR spoc cant move every time to every office for induction/trainign himself.

If you are in charge of all 90 spread all over India then I feel you must go there for training yourself.It is always better to share a personal rapport and that can happen only when you make an effort to meet them and train them.
Another option could be organise a training programme in the city you are in and see that all new employees are a part of it.
3rdly you could brief/train one person from each place who in turn will train the newcomers.

hi! on the joining day u should ask the employee to fill the joining report form. it consist of his name, add, contact no, joining dept, education qualification, experience etc

Personal information sheet plays an important role. in this we can get the below details from the employee
1. DOB( Actual),
2. DOB ( Certified)
3. Blood group
4. Contact Address( Permanent & Temporary)
5. Contact number ( employees Number + additional contact number - parents)

though i'm still a student,but aftr hanvg done my project in HR wat i saw in my company is thz.apart from the sugestions provided above by othr frnds u cn also include details like:
personal habits, i.e, drinking, smoking, veg or non-veg, height, weight, etc
thz info. r helpful while arranging any party or vacation etc for the staff.
though thz a small piece of info. i hope thz wil help u in sumway atlst.
