Wats the purpose of doing an MBA would serve you u need to understand that first and moreover what specialisation are you looking at in MBA ? Is it really helping in your job ? Hotel Mgmt and MBA both are two different qualification unless you are into Marketing or Ops side of business where these qualification help.
