International School of Business and Research (ISBR), Chennai is pleased to announce its Faculty Development Symposium on “Mentoring and Coaching – The Need of the Hour” on 10th January, 2011. This programme aims at a holistic approach of personal and professional development of faculty members of Arts and Science, Engineering and Technology, and Management education. The symposium would attempt to introduce the participants to the functioning of mentoring and coaching with significant focus on effective ways of achieving the best results in the classroom. The programme would be of interest to all those who are in the field of education. Principals, Heads of the Department, Faculty of Arts and Science and Engineering Colleges in Chennai are invited to attend. Dr. L. S. Ganesh (Professor, Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras, Mr. Gopal GD Shrikanth, CEO, Founder and CEO - GD360.Net, and Prof. T.A. Achuth Kumar, Director, ISBR Business School, Chennai would be the resource people for the programme.
