Dear Friend,
I would suggest you that you got for a job and look into your career at this moment...
I also appreciate your views in going for SAP HR course...but what i would recommend you is that incase you want to opt for it then go for it after you have min 5 years of work experience...
Also you have many institutes offering SAP courses, but always go for the best institute which is recognized in the industry because that is what will create a weightage in your resume ad will give you a good job / profile...
Hope this has given some light to you....

Hi this is sudha
In my view after MBA Better search for jobs with Min ms office Knowledge and full subject knowledge. after joining in the job you can learn anything through training. because in every company training is manedetary. to the HR position main is leading capability, decition making capability, have convince to every one, and all are can listen Hr words. if i tell one sentence HR means Heroisam, you know what the role of hero like that. in SAP are anything learn how to prepare salary statements, pay rolls thats all. but heroisamn learn through reading books and study to public, learn body language(beacouse of this easily at the time of interview you can study maximum about a person) then u can decide capabilities, and attitude. then HR Person Decide He Is Usefull to particular Post and To particular Work. not only at the time of interview it use full in all aspects. in my view high persantage marks person not only is suitable for a HR job, who have heroisam characters (daring, decition making capability, convince to every one, talking in english, hindi and mother toung language, honesty, leading, motivating, authority, self confidance, thinking newly and technically, generating ideas, observing environment, satisfying to all .... etc like these). because if you have these all virtues to learn computer knowledge or to learn any thing is not a matter. because if one person have these qualities he can learn with in a week. so first you think while completing your MBA how to develop your personal skills.
i wish you best of luck

Dear Sara and Sudha,
I would like to suggest you guies to put your first step from Recruitment. Join any consultancy or any recruitment firm which will help you to get specialized in one core function of HR.
Recruitment helps to increase your confidence and improve your communication skills.
About SAP HR, as per my knowledge, it follows differently in the different companies. Hence, if you go for SAP HR, you will get to know the basic, but it will be so useful for you to add on and recognition into your profile.
Hope you got my point.
All the best for future. please share your experience and be in touch with cite hr.

dear mraz4u,
no need to do SAP. just read saudi labour and immigration rules as you said you will leave for saudi. in gulf you need to keep employee personal record, allocation record, joining and salary details, visa, medical, passport, labour permit are the field which you need to maintain and coordinate with P.R.O. there. performance record. so learn the format for same.
if any ERP system there in company in saudi then they will teach you.
