Hello,
Seasons greetings!!!
I'm associated with a well established Holidays company in Kerala, India that deals with Inbound tourists from the Middle East and we're very keen onto attracting the tourists from the west and the US. We've been prolifically doing the business and we've a unquestioned good-will in the industry.
Nonetheless, as the company is growing, we needed to hire more staffs. Thus, we need to frame categoric HR policies,Incentive and Salary structures, benchmarks etc.
I was wondering if any HR expert is ready out there to offer his expertise.
Thank you.

Dear Zubair,
Being a new set up, you may require to frame the following policies, initially:
(a) Recruitment & Induction Policy
(b) Employee Referal Policy
(c) Attendance Policy
(d) Leave Policy
(e) Performance Appraisal Policy
(f) Probation & Confirmation Policy
(g) Training & Development Policy
(h) Employee Recognition / Instant Recognition Policy
(i) Career Growth Plan
(j) Conveyance Policy
(k) Local Travel Policy / Overseas Travel Policy
(l) Incentive Policy
(m) Employee Engagement Policy, etc.
Other welfare policies can be framed once the business is established, on need basis. For any help, pl contact me at
Thanks,
