While you have given the formula, calculation of return on physical assets is one thing and calculation of returns of human capital is another.
Imagine a situation wherein there are 100 employees in small firm. It has two employees in HR, one HR Manager and another HR Assistant. Now can you please tell me how to calculate the Value Added Per Employee (VAPE) for these two HR professionals?
