hi all seniors

please guide me for next course of action

.

My service was terminated in 2006.

I submitted my pf application form(duly attested by Bank Manager) to withdraw my acumulated pf amount.

EPF authority returned the form alongwith my application to the employer for their signature.

My quiries :

As there is a para in the form either to be attested by the establishment officer/ gazatted oficer/bank manager, then why EPF authority returned the form to the establishment for their signature. Is it mandatory that the form has to be signed by the employer? Then why the space is alloted for gazatted officer/bank manager?

Before submiting the form I went to EPF office and they advised me when the employee and employer relation is seized you can submit the form attested by the bank manager.

I fail to understand why the EPF authority sent the form to the employer.

I applied for my own money which has been deposited by the employer to the EPF authority

Please let me know the further action to get my hard earned money

Thank u all

Dear Sir, For transfer of account as said earlier, form 13 is to be filled up and to be submitted through present employer.
As regards non attestation, it is to be attested by the employer if submitted after one year of leaving the job or to be got attested from employer through RPFC if employer is not attesting, one has to request RPFC in this regard that employer is not attestting for one reason or the other. in case of delay even if RPFC is not getting the attestation through his Enforcement Officer, one may seek relief through Consumer Court.
