Hi Senthil,
Good afternoon!
I have attached a zip file containing almost everything you need regarding PF. I got this entire package courtesy of our friends here on Cite HR. If you search in downloads, you too should be able to find most of the stuff you need.

Dear all
Since dec 2009, my company has started deducting my PF but till date i haven't filled any nomination forms to get registered for PF by my company neither i have received any PF slip within one year. Is there anything to be worried about. Kindly answer.

Dear Alfiya,
It is a cause for concern. Have you been intimated your PF number. If you have the number you can approach the respective PF office and seek clarification from them as to whether PF is being remitted by your employer.

thanks a lot Mr Kannan
I do have my PF number, i'll do the req thing. Wanted to know one thing more if an employee is a trainee and is about to complete his probation period and wants his PF to be deducted but management does not want to do so as it is already in loss, what can b done in that case, is it compulsory to deduct? Name of the employee is still in trainee sheet , hence basic salary is not yet defined, and her monthly stipend is 9000/-.
How long Do Employees who joins a organisation after a year of its commencement, have to wait to get registerd for PF?

Dear Alfiya Ginwala, As long as you are a trainee in the company PF deduction will not be there. M.V.KANNAN
