You have to get following approvals subject to the strength of manpower etc :-
1. NOC/ Consent from Pollution Deptt.
2. Bulding Plan approval from Towen Planner/ local authorities.
3. NOC Fire.
4. Bulding Plan Approval from Chief Inspector of Factories.
5.Factory Registration/License.
6. ESI Code No
7. EPF Code No.
8 SSI registration if required.
9. Labour Contractor Registration
10. Opening Notice under Gratuity Act ect
11. Cess payment under BOCW Act if applicable.
All above subject to applicablity.
