hello guys ..i am working as HR in a paper manufacturing company ..actlly i m in a dilemma ..we hva a library in our organization ..no one visits thr so this has become an issue for me now ..so i wanted to change this room into an activity room ..it can consist of puzzle games,suduko or chess kind of games ...guys if u can help me out in suggesting me more games or activites for an indvidual ..it will be really appreciated ...

i m working as an hr executive in a manufacturing unit in maharashtra. its been a year here but still hard to find any changes in this organisation frm last 20 yrs. as it used to be here. i m looking for a change but its really hard to find smthing better, bcz i want to utilize my skills and want to work in a professional environment. mainly in training and developement. i need suggestion, hw to start and where can i start my search.

you can place carrom board, dart boards, if space permits u can even have TT table/ pool. If budget permits you can place a cd player with head phones along with Audio CD's , a Television can also be a value add here..

Even I was facing Similar challenges is my previous organisation. HR department was not established. So I acted as a change agent for them. Try to encourage some employee friendly activities which will help you to sell them stick hard to policies and procedures so Management will definitely support you. Act as bridge to Management for employees I am sure things will change and also you will be one of the respected persons in your organisation. Afterall we HR people are ambassadors of our organisation to employees make them believe that you are face of Management to them.
