I am currently pursuin my Masters in Organizational Behavior. I wanted to do a reseach in my field

-> HR AUDIT ( how can i devp a research project on dis')
:arrow: basically want to brainstrom myself ..at this stage.
please provide inputs and suggestions on other topics and if possible how can i build project on these. :idea:

Since u r interested in communcation strategies you chose a industry which has the highest attrition rate...find the communication strategy used in the top rung companies of that industry and the elaborate study on that may lead u to a new ideas to generate a new framework.

I was just curious if there is any other related literature i should be aware of before starting this project.
Also will there be any help as to provide a live experience of conducting an Hr audit in an organiztion.
I am quite new to the concept and hence a little apprehansive of my abilitiy to do a successful proj, n hence wanna be prepared as much as possible before starting.
