Before making overseas offer letter, make sure i will mentioned company providing facilities, conditions for employement like notice period, compensastion and Medical & Accidental insurance coverage which also make lot difference CTC structure. Clear with incomtax and other policies while deciding position allowances, traveling, transit status etc..
If you can give me few more details like company field, nature of operation i can help you preparing procedures which real guidelines for future expansions.
