What is dual employment ? if some one failed to produce relieving letter/acceptance of resignation of previous employer can i allow to join my organisation or it is violation of dual employment. Pls let us know ??

Dear
Dual Employment means working with two employers at the same time and getting two salaries.Normally all appointment letters have a condition banning this.
In case you resign from a Company and join another employer it will not be dual employment.If you claim Salary from your first employer like telling him that you are on leave then it is dual employment.

but if someone resign but his employer is doesnt accept his resignation and not providing relieving letter than can i allow to join that fellow into my company ? as he is not able to provide me acknowledged resignation or relieving letter

Dear
Ask the person to confirm his resignation in writing once again and request for relieving letter.This can be sent by Speed Post with POD with CC marked to the CEO of the Company.Get an undertaking from the person that he will produce it within a specific period.
Once the above is completed you can take him on rolls .Thereafter you can ask the person to request fro EPF transfer.

Dear Rajan sir,
I need some suggestions from you regarding my termination from a company I was appointed as a asst manager purchase in a steel manf. co. but after 3 months of doing job i was getting stuck with malaria and doctor prescribe me bed rest of 20 days so i informed the company about that only after 2 days via mail unable to come to the office and will join as ealiest possible but i am still unable to get recover from it and now the company has taken the action on me of absconding and terminate me via letter through courier just after resigned from company 3 days back
I just want to know i have applied for the govt. job now if was getting selected in it will this termination letter affect in my upcoming interview for job as i already mailed him for sickness is it really considerd as absconding
