Hi All, I am doing my PGDBA (HR) 3rd sem in SCDL. I would like to know is PGDBA equivalent to MBA or not am a bit confused with this and will industry accept this SCDL PGDBA. please inform me.

Hi, If you have experience in HR and if you do any correspondence course, maybe one year or two years it is accepted as it will be a
valuable addition to your profile. But if your a fresher, with this SCDL course i think it becomes very
tough to get a good break. I have seen nowadays any tom, dick or harry is doing this course.
not sure about the value addition or practical knowledge one gets from such courses. sorry to say this.
