Gratuity Time


dear all I would like to know how many years or days i need to work in the same company to get gratuity. does the notice period include in the gratuity calculation .

Dear Mahesh, For the elgibility to get gratuity, you have to work minimum 4 years and 240 days. Abbas.P.S

It includes everything.an employee is elegible for gratuity once he/she completes 5 yrs of continous service with one organisation as per the payment of gratuity act(+ OR - 6months)
