1) customer satisfaction ( client satisfaction)
2) No post delivery failures
3) taking KSS ( Knowledge sharing sessions)
4) participate in centre level activities
5) Specific Number of traning days per year / half year

Hi Dear
The KRA for Software professional depends on the Organisation.The mandatory is SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle).
So, before answering this question, I need to know Application Development Company /OFFSHORE Infrastructure Service Provider/Human Capital Devlopment.
It means it depends of the type of business company does.
The KRA should effect the performance of the employee which indirectly lead to productivity.
So please be clear about this
