Hi
I have a project where I have to do process mapping of the recruitment function.
I have studied and documented the process in our company. I have drawn out a flow chart of the entire process.
I also have compared this with the process flow charts of other companies in the same sector and analyzed the pros / cons of our system versus theirs.
I would like to know if there is anything else I need to do for the project ??

I have seen the Mapping and you have done an excellent job.
Little more clarity on Process.
Whenever, you difine a process, define its output as well.
I have attached a small PPT on this.
I will try to send a Process Mapping and activities . We also defined Competencies for all jobs and how to assess these com petencies. in fact we developed questions to be asked in the panesl to assess these skils and competencies. I may not have the copy but the Mapping and competencies will be there. I will forward if myou leave your email id
