Hi Priya
I found you again with new thread..well Priya you need to learn as much as you can about the 7 stars of HR i.e. staffing, performance appraisals, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee and labor relations, safety and health, and human resource research.
Your strong knowledge on these functions of HR can give you the direction of your way that you wanna achieve in your life. Keep updating yourself about them, do hard work and make the best deal with it.
And i dont think that i need to tell you here that how you will study and learn about these functions and how can you get the information on it because you need to do it yourself and this is the time that you can test your skill. Find out the ways that you can get best use of these. Otherwise we all our with you for any possible assistance.
Best of Luck
