Hi!
We do provide leaves for marriage that is of 20 days not more than that. But those leaves are deducted from their PL we have not termed it as marriage leave.
And it is a part of our policy that a person can avail 20 days of leave for marriage.

Hello All
I would be getting married in 4 months time(November 2013). I currently work in Pune and my hometown is Rajasthan, I joined a new company just last month and had taken few days off for my exams which I had conveyed before joining. Now, the problem is that I would require few days off again for pre-wedding preparation for which I need to travel to my hometown. Since I had already taken leaves, I am feeling hesitant to ask for them again. How do I convince my manager? Kindly suggest.
