You can avail Provident Fund loan (non refundable) for the following purpose
Advances / Withdrawls
Advance/ Withdrawals may be availed for the following purposes :
Marriage / Education
Treatment
Purchase or construction of Dwelling house
Repayment of Housing Loan
Purchase of Plot
Addition/Alteration of House
Repair of House
Lockout
Withdrawal Prior to Retirement
Other Advances

I have also attached Form 31 - Application for Advance from the Provident Fund.
This application form should be submitted to the sub regional office through and after attestation by your employer
