If any contract labour met an accident in our factory, is it our responsibility to submit Accident report od contractors responsibility? pl. clarify and forward the details to my mail ID

If the contractor has separate ESI No. he has to send the accident report and on the other hand, if the contract labours are allotted ESI Nos of your establishment you have to send it. In the former case also being the Principal employer you have to arrange for the first aid. Similarly, you have to ensure that the formalities connected with accident has been followed by the contractor.
