Could someone please post the interaction between employee and HR manager about performance appraisal?

You can imagine any situation practically happening in any office

I am giving you the outline, you will have to build around it

1. Lady employee, very good in her job but has responsibility at home thus is not punctual and leaves back early from office in the evening. where as other employees at her level sit late and their performance is average , but always seen in office and around in office.

2. The HR manager has called her for performance appraisal

3. There is a need to analyse her responsibilities, her professional responsibilities and whether has she been able to accomplish them and also does the org is equal opportunity employer and cater for the women employee requirement.

the actual scene can be depicted by two people the women employee and the hr manager where the different approaches of black demo and fair demo can be shown.

HR has to ensure below mentioned points.
1. To check whether appraiser and appraisee are discussing on the point (KRA) or not.
2.Its should not be biased.
3. Appraisee must agree on the point.
4. Simply put, HR has to play the role of Referee.
