Is your bank private one or Govt of India undertaking? The answer will differ on that in a big way.

I have written 'n' number of times in this forum that you should never decide on any training programme and then fit the organisation's requirement to it. Rather try to understand your requirements and then decide the training programme. Concentrate on operations and find out where revenue leakage is happening.
