I have completed my Masters in Hospitality Administration with specialization in HR Mgmt, Full-time mode. I have simultaneously completed a PGDBA with specialization in HRM n a Dual specialization in International Business, thru' correspondence mode. I am currently working with an MNC as an Asst. Manager, HR. I have work experience of 2 years. I wanted to know when would be the right time to do a Ph.D. in HR and what subject or stream in HR can be selected? Thank You.
