Hello Members,
Please help me with the Format for Notice period letter.
We would like to discontinue with one of our employee. As per the offer letter the employment is terminable by either side by giving one month notice period from either side without assigning any reason on either side.
Please provide with a letter which would be issued from the employer considered as notice period letter.
Its urgent please reply soon

This is to inform you that your performance is not up to the mark.
As per our company policy we are giving you ----day’s notice, the Company have the rights to terminate without further warning.
You will w.e.f closure of office hours on --------.
Thus a notice as a prior intimation is given to you.
