I am a freelance placement consultant providing manpower services. Presently one of my client - A Small manufacturing firm with 30+ manpower has given me a job / assignement for setting up HR department in there company. The company does not perform any HR related activities till date.
I am really exited about going ahead with the same but I am not aware of how to setup the HR Dept from Scratch and what Professional Fees / Consulting Fees i should charge.
Request you to kindly guide me on the same so that i can take up this assignment.
