My Company is a PSU situated at Gandhar, Distt-Bharuch (Guj). Before hiring any Contract service we have to put the mandatory clause of EPF and ESIC in Bidders Eligibility criteria (BEC). I'm not sure whether my area is notified for the purpose of ESIC. Plz reply if anybody knows it and also tell me can we ask for W C policy instead of ESIC.
