Hi to all, I'm fresher in hr undergoing intern in an IT solutions company, they asked me to prepare a checklist. I don't have any idea about that. I want a brief definition and method that followed to prepare a checklist.

OMG!! i forgot my password these many days and nw i reset . And i completed my Intern-HR and got a post as HR-Executive. Have a lots of doubts as i'm the only person to this domain in this organisation. Need all your help to develop my knowledge in the filed of HR.
