1) For example, Basic Rs.3200, HRA is 40% of basic, FTA is 50% of basic, conveyance allowanceis 50% of basic, medical allowance is 44% of basic, and education allowance is 50% of basic, is it correct calculation?
2) Basic is calculated for 30days, is it correct?
3) In the above example, staff is present for 25 days and rest of 5 days on leave without pay, in this case, we are giving basic for 25 days only and other allowances are also decreased. Is it correct calculation or not, please clarify the same?

Hi Geethaumesh, I am also working as a Hr so according to my oraganization and according to accountant all of other allowances are also deducted not only basic is deducted. Regards Bharti

According to me the all emoluments connected with Basic are to deducted whatsoever the case may be,viz leave,LOP Regards, (Ganesh P Sharma)
