thank you so much syed.. But here we have some kind of paid volunteers they help with my ngo. Can i think of giving them some statutory benefit like city compensatory allowance, etcc.....

For volunteer jobs you may provide the following benefit
•Pre-paid Petrol Cards
•Lunch & Dinner during Volunteer Work
•Pre-Paid Phone Cards if they need to use their mobiles
•Some petty Cash as bonus
•If they have to achieve certain target why don’t u give some bonus for certain achievements like have minimum achievement don’t get anything accept what is mentioned above average they get some cash or vouchers maximum achievement they get like double what they get as salary (if any) during their work
Even though its volunteer job you need to make it as interesting and fun as possible & keep them motivated remember they invested their time to help you & time is money.
