Dear all, Is any body aware of the UGC regulations (2010) for doing Ph.D (part time)? Is there any relaxations for women candidates?

What kind of relaxations are you expecting for women. Lets be fair enough atleast in education. And not expect relaxations.
SNDT women's university has only women candidates however, the rules and regulations are the same.
