Kindly consider this query,give statutory answer" in one employee case his PF Wage is 20000,we are contributing on that wage,pension fund restricted to 541,remaining fund transferred to provident fund. Here p to considrges(as/c1) and pension wage(a/c 10) and Edil wage(a/c21).here can we restricted to 6500(edil) admin(a/c2).
Kindly looking for suitable answer no complication from PF Authority

As you said i restricted EDIL @6500,But accounts people objected to restrict.they are asking section in Edil Act says that to restrict.
May i know is there any clause in EDIL Act and reason of Restriction.
