1) Call small gathering at work place and wish employee on his/her birth day by offering small bounquet.
2) Give him/her greeting card of your company specially prepared for birthday wishes.
3) If your co is having Uniform , give him/her exemption to wear casuals on that day.
4) If possible give utility gift, preferably with co's logo.
5) Display bithday wishes on co's main notice board for the information other mployees.
6) Give sweets packet for his family members.
