Does anyone have any good ideas on how to have loyalty bonus programme? Monetary bonus is common but is that the only way?
Does anyone have a policy guideline made for a monetary loyalty bonus programme?

Sure do.
Employees should be given a loyalty bonus for the time they spend in the company.
This can be on an annual basis, with the amount being tied to the performance of the employee.
