By this time you would have promoted to atleast one senior post..i wonder how they havent promoted you...besides you might have joined with someother designation, and i think now u might be recruitment executive...well MBA has its own value...example i have done my graduation and it takes me say 5 to 6 yrs to become a manager, then with MBA you might get it within 3years or so (depends on how you perform also/depends on organization also/ There are many factors for this) . .. So that could be the fast track you'll get after your MBA. its just an example.....lets see what the HRPROs reply could be..I'm not from any industry, but as a Management Graduate i hope i have made you understand something .....or its confusing...
I'm open to your replies and that of others..but you can make a good career with your MBA that much i can assure you.

Dear Gaurav,
MBA increases the scope of working with value addition. Off course it depends on the perception of student. Don't take the syllabus lightly. Learn from heart.
I would like to suggest you that don't mix it with your present job or promotion. Aim should be value addition with personality development.
As pointed out by 'ajayaatreyasa' it is true that 'promotion' is depending on various factors such as organization's policy, your performance, current trend in market, availability of opportunity, etc other than educational qualification.
After that with masters degree plus your previous experience, you can grab the high skilled jobs in HR anywhere.
Regards,
Snehal
