Hi,
You already have a MBA HR degree, I am not able to understand why you want to do a PGD again, I would suggest you a fellowship program in advance Human Resources if you want to add on more qualification. MBA course covers all aspects of human resource.
At the end of the day its your call!

heard of a PG diploma from ISTD????
serioulsy uer joining again a course in Personnel Management is a waste of time , money and effort.
join PG course in Labour Law/Pg course in Training/Some thing similar or rather apply for a Doctorate in HR thought you would require some industry exp to back u up on the last front

Hi Revathi,
You havn't mentioned what is your present qualification. However considering you to be a MBA I would suggest you do a specialization in your specific HR domain, ex: if you are into training you can do a traning specialization from ISTD. If you are into compliances you can do a IR/Labour Law course... please let me know your profile so that I can give you more accurate information.

Hi Revathi,
Your education and experience suggests that you are poised for a successful career , however if you really dont want to get into HR academics I would suggest you increase your years of experience. As per industry standards you have the required qualification, You try to work in core HR functions which I believe you would get in coming years. This is your grooming period ..learn the traits of the profession meticulously and if required go for an advanced degree (doctorate) after some amount of work years.
All the best. Hope it helps!
