We are at eng. consultancy services company which is register under Delhi Shops and Establishment Act, New Delhi.
We have registered office at same address only. Company has established few site office at various projects across the nation. All these offices will last upto the completion of the project only. As the project gets complete we close our office too. Some time such project continues for years say 3-5 yrs.
My only query is that do we need to register our project office under the concerned Shops and Establish Act.?
if yes thn kindly tell us the time limit within which we need to register and
if no thn can we display our Head Office registration in our project offices for reference purpose or is it mandatory to have registration certificate from concerned shop and est. Act.?
